COMPANY HISTORY

L.B. LADDHA & CO. is a firm of chartered accountants that has been in service for more than 43 years. We broadly deal with taxation, company formation, auditing, consulting, accounting; with our clientele ranging from business corporations to private individuals. Our sense of obligation and commitment to our clients has only strengthened through the years, as has the quality and range of services offered.

Whether it be drawing up a PAN card for a newly employed graduate, conducting a thorough and systematic examination of an organization’s finances or undertaking due diligence for company formation, we approach all our clients and projects with the same univocal professionalism, legal acumen, and integrity.

  • He had Pursued CA along with graduation.
  • He completed CA in 1977.
  • Started L.B. LADDHA & CO. as a proprietorship firm in 1977.
  • He has completed 43 years in practice.
  • He has won the Utkrushta CA award from Annasaheb Magar Social & Sports Foundation in 2006, for his service to the society through his profession.
  • He was on the committee of the Pimpri Chinchwad branch of WIRC of ICAI from its inception.
  • Is a trustee with Savali , a trust for the differently abled children and has been associated with their betterment for more than a decade.

CA L.B. LADDHA

  • She has completed her B.Com from Pune University in 1997 and secured the 11th Rank in the university.
  •  She completed her CA in 1998 and secured AIR 30.
  •  She joined L.B.Laddha & Co. as a partner in 2002.
  • Has completed the Brokers Training & Examination conducted by National Insurance Academy.
  •  She has worked at Price Waterhouse Coppers (erstwhile RSM) with the Taxation and Business Advisory department.
  • Holds a diploma in French from Ranade institute as well as Alliance Franciase.
  • Her key areas of responsibility are Transaction and Business advisory, Mergers and Acquisition, Business valuations.

CA SAVANI LADDHA

  • She has completed B.Com from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce in 2008.
  • She completed articleship from L.B. LADDHA & CO.
  • She completed her CA in November 2014.
  • Her Key Responsibilities include Taxation & Accounting, Certification, Corporate Communications, Income Tax, International Taxation, TDS, CFO Accounting & Certification.
  • On the personal front, CA Neha is closely associated with the welfare of the Jawans & their families and is also a member of AWWA – Army Wives Welfare Association.

CA NEHA LADDHA NARASIMHAN

  • He has completed B.Com. from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune University in 2013.
  • He completed Chartered Accountancy from ICAI in 2014.
  • He did his articleship from L.B. LADDHA & CO.
  • Joined L.B.Laddha & Co as a partner in 2015.
  • His key areas of responsibility are Taxation, corporate audit, scrutinies and appeals, and certification.
  • He has pragmatic business qualities and is a perfectionist.
  • He has completed his Diploma in Information Systems Audit in the year 2019.
  • He carries experience in implementation of IT and information systems Audit, Post implementation reviews of SAPs and other ERPs.

CA ADITYA LADDHA

  • She has completed B.Com from Gogte college of Commerce, Karnataka University, Belgaum, with 92.11%, in 2009, securing 8th Rank in the University.
  • She completed her articleship at Rajendra Sanjeev & Co.
  • She completed her Chartered Accountancy from ICAI, Delhi in 2011.
  • She has secured All India Merit- 10th Rank.
  • Joined L.B.Laddha & Co as a partner in 2016.
  • Her key areas of responsibility include audit, taxation, scrutinies and appeals and certification.
  • She is dedicated and hard working.

CA SWATI BHARADIA

  •  She has completed B.Com from the University of Bombay in the year 1991.
  • She completed her CA in 1996.
  • She joined L B Laddha & Co. as a manger in Corporate Audit and Taxation in October 2013 and her key areas of responsibilities include statutory and tax audit.

CA MANISHA GHOGALE

  • She has completed her M.Com from MDSU, Ajmer in the year 2015.
  •  She has completed her CA in 2015.
  • She is currently pursuing LLB.
  •  Her key areas of responsibility include GST advisory and indirect tax litigation support.
  •  She is also closing involved in Financial advisory to corporates on funding and other capital requirements.
