CA L.B. Laddha
He holds a B.Com. (Hons) degree from Ness Wadia College, Pune University, and pursued his Chartered Accountancy qualification alongside his graduation. He completed his CA in 1977 and founded L.B. LADDHA & CO. as a proprietorship firm in the same year. With over 45+ years of experience in practice, he has made significant contributions to the profession and society.
In 2006, he was honored with the Utkrushta CA Award by the Annasaheb Magar Social & Sports Foundation for his dedicated service to society through his profession. He was also a key member of the Pimpri Chinchwad branch of the WIRC of ICAI since its inception.
Additionally, he serves as a trustee with Savali, a trust dedicated to the betterment of differently-abled children, a cause he has been passionately supporting for over a decade.
CA Aditya Laddha
Aditya leads the growth strategies and focuses on identifying emerging market opportunities across various practice areas. He completed his Chartered Accountancy at the age of 21 and immediately began his professional career. Following his CA qualification, Aditya pursued M.Com from Pune University and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
With over 7 years of experience, Aditya specializes in taxation, corporate audit, management consulting, strategy, and investment planning. His core expertise lies in Transaction and Business Advisory.
In addition to his role at the firm, Aditya serves as a Director at Autus Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd., a prominent financial services company in Pune, and as a Director at DeCon India Plastics Pvt. Ltd., an auto ancillary company catering to the European automotive market.
His diverse experience and leadership across multiple sectors position him as a key figure in driving innovation and growth for both clients and the firm.
CA Neha Laddha Narasimhan
CA Neha completed her B.Com from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce in 2008 and went on to complete her articleship at L.B. LADDHA & CO. She successfully completed her Chartered Accountancy in November 2014.
With a strong focus on Taxation & Accounting, Certification, Corporate Communications, and Income Tax, her key responsibilities also include International Taxation, TDS, and CFO Accounting & Certification.
On a personal note, CA Neha is deeply committed to the welfare of Jawans and their families and is an active member of the Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA), reflecting her strong dedication to social causes.
CA Swati Bharadia
CA Swati completed her B.Com from Gogte College of Commerce, Karnataka University, Belgaum, in 2009, securing an impressive 92.11% and ranking 8th in the University.
She completed her articleship at Rajendra Sanjeev & Co. and went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Delhi in 2011, achieving an All India Merit – 10th Rank.
In 2016, she joined L.B. Laddha & Co. as a partner, bringing her expertise to the firm. Her key areas of responsibility include audit, taxation, scrutinies and appeals, and certification.
Known for her dedication and hard work, CA Swati continues to contribute significantly to the firm’s success while maintaining a strong focus on delivering quality service to clients.
CA Savani Laddha
CA Savani Laddha is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She completed her B.Com in 1997 from Pune University, securing the 11th position in the University. She subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998, achieving an impressive
All India Merit Rank of 30th. In addition to this, she is also a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
With extensive leadership experience, CA Savani has successfully led teams across various domains, including Taxation, Accounting, Mergers & Acquisitions, Statutory Compliance, and Financial Planning. She is adept at formulating innovative strategies that drive efficiency and profitability while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
In addition to her role within the firm, CA Savani serves as a Director at Autus Group of Companies and as an Independent Director at Precision Camshafts Ltd., where she continues to contribute her strategic insight and governance expertise.
